  • Florent you have no idea, the Olympic lifts primary focus is training the CNS to be most efficient and generate explosive power. You can take 10 seconds to complete a deadlift, but snatches and cleans have to be done fast to even work. Why would anyone even need to explain this to you if youre such a genius coach. ATG squats are better for your knees than parallel squats lol

I saw your older videos and you look very flexible so I guess you've been doing it for a long time. Anyways, you're a beast.
