South Carolina Rockabilly trio, Flat Out Strangers play 'Blue Moon Of Kentucky', an old bluegrass waltz written by Bill Monroe, but made famous by Elvis Presley. Elvis increased the tempo and made the song more upbeat, alienating many traditionalists at the time. The end result is a song that is a recognized rockabilly favorite. This version performed live at the White Mule, with special guest vocalist 'Screamin' Rees Lloyd, formerly of Rockabilly 88, the South Carolina rockabilly group from the 1980's.
