SPEEDING CONSTABLES GET IN TROUBLE ( DALLAS, TEXAS) CHANNEL 8 NEWS

So i send my videos to the news, after i got 3 of them breaking the speed limit.
2 stations from dallas called me back, and Channel 8 decided to do a story on this.
Just found out all the constables have a GPS tracking device which records their speed woo hoo.
So it ended up, one of them was going 70 mph and the other one on the video was going 86 mph.
The one that went 86 mph got put on administrative leave i believe, and the one that went 70 just got a verbal warning.

while you were on your quest to prove that the cop was speeding, unfortunately you too have broken the law by speeding yourself. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Did you try to research the incidents before just turning the video tape in? Were they enroute to calls? Was there a reason? There are instances where police do not want to use their lights/siren when responding to calls like burglaries in progress, etc. but they do need to get there in a hurry. The sirens would alert the criminals. At any rate, I do not support officer misconduct but generally speaking the public really doesn't understand law enforcement sometimes.

I got more vidoes of officers speeding, just havn't got time to put them up yet. I love law enforcement, but its kind of sad when they take it for granted, no hard feelings.

Hey I agree that police officers must obey the laws that they enforce, but man it seems like people really go out of their way to embarrass the very people that you call when your in trouble or you need help, I'm just sayin

I'm no expert but I know the speed limits through Grand Prairie is:

I-30: 60 mph (I've actually traveled there by Greyhound bus so I should know)

I-20: 65 mph

I decided to do this video because on a daily basis i see law enforcement vehicles speeding in this certain area. So after i recorded those two videos, i got in contact with the Precinct and they found out indeed the officers/constable was not on a call and just cruising, hence i notified the local news agency to address this issue.
