It'd be nice if A & E showed Sam's episodes again, no matter they're fake, they were entertaining, more so than Armando's. Too bad Peter & Brian let Angela & Harris go. They were the best thing about the Atlanta team. Peter, Brian & their realtor just don't have any pizazz.
I thought the this guy had his act together. Aren't the TV networks suppose to verify the truth of the matter concerning these so called reality shows? Surely his work should've been verified to make sure a fraud wasn't being given air time he didn't deserve. What a sham!
This guy is clearly shady but there mere fact that people claim to have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in investments with him doesn't necessarily mean he defrauded them. They could have just been bad investments.
I live in the 'ghetto' where he renovated the house and immediately knew he was a fraud. The neighborhood adjacent to his alma mater is the number 1 mortgage fraud zip code in the country .
I don't feel sorry for his "investors" they should do their research, or they are culpable for the sheer number of vacant, abandoned houses and the condition of a neighborhood that existed before Atlanta did. I hope the investors that worked with Sam as well as all the other Fraud Kings, lose their shirts.
