New McKendree United Methodist Church Centennial Celebration in Jackson MO

On March 8, 2009, our church celebrated 100 yrs birthday of our church building at 209 S, High Street in Jackson, MO. On March 7, 1909, the congregation led by Rev. Marvin T. Haw marched from the old building at North High & West Washington to our current building. Our centennial celebration included the march reenactment as shown on this video. We are singing the Battle Hymn of Republic and led by Rev. John Rice. Members of 50 years or more were recognized at the worship service.
