Garlic is in sooo many dishes and recipes it's hard to avoid. Unfortunately, peeling it can be kinda tough because of that paper thin skin that really sticks to the flesh. But you know the right technique, it actually can be really simple. And you don't need any special cooking equipment. To peel garlic fast, just give it whack with a knife blade, and it the skin slides right off...take a look at the video to see a demo.
