I also think it would be good to be able to show only unread items as you can in Google Reader. It seems like too much work otherwise although I like how it looks and they are marked as viewed but you still have to scroll through them if you've left others for later.

How do I unsubscribe from a feed in fock?.. I still can't work it out. When I mark posts as read, they come back again after it updates or I reopen flock. I'm wasting so much time with this. The media bar won't show my youtube favs or won't show Howtoflock either?
