GTA San Andreas - How to get the Phoenix at the very beginning of the game - NO CHEATS and no mods

This is simple demonstration showing how to get the Phoenix at the very beginning of the game.

NO CHEATS and no mods were used.
This is a completely legitimate game.

There are no edits in this video... what you see is what actually happened.

Here are the details:
The video starts off as a new game... Carl is in the alley where Tenpenny and Polaski through him out of there police car. He only has $350.

First I found a couple of cops in a Police Car and hi-jacked their car. You'll notice that one of the cops pulls Carl from the vehicle without busting him, it happens from time to time... it seems that when the crime isn't that severe, one of the cops will try to bust Carl, and the other(s) walk around like nothing's wrong; in this case, the cop that pulls Carl from the Police Car without busting him is the cop that just mindlessly walks around, while the other cop is trying to bust him... some people call it a glitch, but it's not... also, it's not a cheat and it's not a mod.

I then started a Vigilante Mission.

The Phoenix will randomly appear as the Suspect Vehicle during the Vigilante Mission... it's very rare, but it does happen.

It took me about a dozen tries at starting and re-starting the game until one appeared... I didn't see any point in making the video any longer than it needed to be, so I only showed the attempt where the Phoenix actually appeared.

Also, driving away in the Phoenix, and then coming back to the Suspect will usually cause a new Phoenix to appear out of nowhere. Its a nice trick to use if you want to have more than one of them. I demonstrated this technique in this video.

It usually takes dozens of tries to get it to appear, so if you try it yourself, just be patient and keep trying, eventually it will appear as the Suspect Vehicle.

It's very rare to find the Phoenix in the Vigilante mission. I got lucky.

I have the light blue one at my house in verdant bluffs. You can find them after a while with the cheat "faster cars".

The mission home in the hills, when the bad guy drives for it, if your lucky enough to pop him though the window you will have your self a Poenix . . then i discoverd how to get it in the San-Fierro races lol. But only on 2 very rare occasions I have ever seen the Poenix spawn in public and I have allot of hours in this game :)
