Use this daily enlightenment meditation as a spiritual retreat from the thoughts and stress that permeates you mind. It's nice, but as soon as I hear music, especially minor keys, that gives rise to the possibility of thought and negative emotion.

I like the deep sea visuals--I find the sea can be very emotionally releasing. Is the noise in the background entrainment or a vibrational frequency?
