  • The cornerstone of the Green Party plan is an immediate $50/tonne carbon tax, rising to $100/tonne by 2020 if necessary.

  • Yes, paired with an income tax reduction to offset the carbon tax. So it's a tax "shift," off of income and onto pollution.

  • The video is a little past date now, but these are the three issues that should be our top priorities. I had no idea that our democracy was so disproportionate.

  • Good news -- Ontario gets a chance to address those democratic discrepancies in the October 10th 2007 referendum by voting for Mixed Member Proportional (MMP). More info at voteformmp dot ca.

  • The income tax is illegal anyway, there is no law to make you pay it,  if you pay it your an idiot, the government does nothing but lie. Its all about global tax for global government.
