Green Chimneys RTC in Brewster, NY is nothing but an abuse center. I was abused daily there with hordes of kids and abuse still goes on. Sexual too. In May 2001 the local paper had an article about an 8-year-old boy at Green Chimneys who was raped by 3 older Green Chimneys boys. I read on line about Philip Zagarella and Eric Napoletano, 2 other rapists who grew up to be worse rapists and even serial killers. Green Chimneys corrupts character like in their case.
