They could try to raise up the Titanic, but they think, because of the years spent on the ocean floor, that the ship would decompose when he strikes the oxygen...thats a bit risky,so its better to leave it on its final resting place, not only his,but the resting place of the people who died that fatefull night.

I didn't realise Freddie Mercury was on the exploration team.

The Titanic is physically weak. If you raise that thing the Titanic will simply fall apart or collapse within itself during the slow process.

@worldsno1drwhofan : Oh, just foud it here on youtube, splitted in parts. Anyway, will watch it . Thanks anyway for posting and responding to my comment.

@worldsno1drwhofan : That's sad, sure. But, when you think, since how long time it's down there and survived it, when the wreck hit the seabottom, it's still very fascinating. Is there a way to see more, or even the whole documantary?
-
@MaokiKalani Yep, earlier in the documentary they go there and find the switches still in place on a wall. Most of the room has gone now though except that small section of wall :(
-
Imagine, nobody had seen that room since it flooded around 12 AM on April 15 1912

This is truly awesome!!! Thank you for posting this. Today is the 99th anniversary of the titanic disaster!

@mikeman9412 That would be cool but even if they did raise it i don't think they will let anyone onboard due to its age and its condition.
Wow if they only took the camera through a doorway and down a short hall they would have landed in the First Class Swimming Pool! None the less, it's a truly magical feeling to see something and be somewhere that never really been seen by too many people. There are only like 1 or 2 known photos of the Turkish Baths, and now, 95 years later we can add this video to the list. Remarkable.

I read somewhere that there is an obstruction blocking the swimming pool doors, so they couldn't get in on that expedition. Hopefully they will someday before the site deteriorates so badly that the ship collapses on to itself.

EBAY.. the documentary was pretty cool, i think it was live when it was on the discovery channel. This clip is pretty much the highlight of the show though, when i get some time i'll post the part of the show when they go to a 1'st class suite and find a clock with it's hands stopped at 2:00.
