  • That salad looks awesome! I'm glad to hear u say the English hothouse cucumbers are likely NOT sprayed. I hope that is true. I enjoy having them back in my diet. I had quit eating cukes unless I could get organic ones which r STUPID expensive b/c they r supposedly 1 of the most pesticide-contaminated veges otherwise

    .

That Brazil nut salad dressing would DEfinITeLY be a splurge for me. Could not stand that much fat on regular basis.

HOW did i NOT know u had this channel, John?

    lovely dinner!

  • yeah ive seen that one, but that one doesent look that tasty? Do you have any more non fat or low fat dressings you xan share? Thanks!

  • Thank you John ~ I saw those baby lettuces at our Costco, but they weren't organic. So, I'll be sure and look again!

Thanks for the heads up on the baby cukes, maybe I'll start buying those again. I didn't think about the possibility of them not being sprayed because they're hot house.

Thanks too for the dressing. I needed more dressing ideas because I currently only use 2 dressing recipes, so that will be nice.

I'm with you - I love the campari toms at Costco!

  • That dressing looks really good. I'll be buying some brazil nuts next time I'm at Trader Joe's. Thank you

  • We have the same ceramic knife:o)

LOL You said tastes like real tomatoes! I say that all the time and some people just don't get it! I almost never eat tomatoes in the winter. Most hot house tomatoes are mushy and don't taste like "real" tomoatoes:oP
