Someone once described FE: Shadow Dragon to me as Intelligent Systems taking a skeleton (FE1) out of their closet, painting pretty pink flowers all over it, and using it as their thanksgiving centrepiece. I though that was a quite humorous and accurate way to put it.

What do you think the best Fire Emblem game is? I've only played Sacred Stones.

Either this game or Radient Dawn. Path of Radience is pretty good too, as is Sacred Stones even if the story is a little weak in my humble opinion.

@TheJoninMonkey I can agree with that. xD Although the game was good enough to make up for it, Sacred Stones's story was kinda lacking something. It's a pity we don't see more of these games outside of Japan, because they're very fun.

Well, according the Serenes Forest website, Nintendo has just announced that Fire Emblem 3DS will be getting a European release later this year, so that's something.
