When Tammi was a teenager she began to struggle with some form of mental illness. She went to counselling and visited psychiatrists but was never diagnosed. Finally when Tammi was 30 years old she was officially diagnosed with bipolar disorder after having a severe bout of depression. After being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Tammi was admitted into the psych ward 3 times within a 2 year period, spending a total of 6 months in the hospital. She felt that the medications she was prescribed for bipolar disorder made the symptoms far worse.

Eventually Tammi heard about Truehope and their natural alternative to psychiatric medications, Empowerplus. She decided to try the Truehope program in November of 2007 and by January of 2008 she was able to come off of all her medications. By Christmas of 2008, Tammi was symptom free and able to enjoy life. It was then that her and her husband knew that everything was going to be okay and since then it has been. Tammi feels that Truehope's program and product, Empowerplus has saved her life. She says "because of you (Truehope) my husband has a wife and my children have a mother."

@TheScorpionqueen23 You're right! You do have the right to say what you want. My point is that when you say stuff that you can't back up, it makes you look like a dumb ass. You also have the right to believe what you want, but in light of the latest studies, believing psychiatric medications are the way to go is like believing the tooth fairy is going to visit you. Hardly reality!! Just search "antidepressants no more effective than placebo". There are thousands of articles showing the proof.

@Grenaldo83, LOOK if you like the natural approach for treating bipolar, that's you. If you don't like my comments that's your problem. I have the right to say what I want, and I think True Hope is GARBAGE! I believe in traditional psychiatric medication. These people are selling DREAMS! I believe in reality. If this Empower Plus shit was so great, with All those STUDIES Health Canada would have APPROVED this as an legitimate psychiatric drug, or psycho therapy treatment.

1.Vitamins can NOT, cure bipolar PERIOD!!!

2.Bipolar is a mental illness that needs to be treated with psychiatric medications!

@TheScorpionqueen23 I think you're right. I don't think her continuos looking down, up, left or right is due to being nervous at all. They must have put Q cards everywhere! As well, I think that constant movement with her hand is there to hypnotize you. Luckily you weren't effected by it though. Talk about taking marketing to a whole new level.

So I went on truehope.com and it turns out they have links to 12 independent studies on their "Snake Oil", proving that it works. Freaking Strange!
