@jps8080 haha thanks. i do realize there is a memorial fund and i do suppose that the money people donate is better off to help the families than to have a proper memorial. if i win big i'll help them too :) .. thank you for putting this out there all these years later. it chokes me up to still see the little stuffed animals left for the ones who perished. they will never be forgotten. maybe one day i'll make a trip out that way.

That...or you can draw your own conclusion...hehehehehehe...

Dude...It isn't ghosts or supernatural phenom (although that's the theme)...It's probably some organization's idea of never letting people forget what can happen when stupidity and carelessness gets out of hand...

i see this was uploaded in 2011 i hope to hell it was filmed closer to the time it happened. that's a horrible sad little memorial. i hope they have something better there now. it's been almost 10 years! looks like a creepy ancient graveyard (which i realize it is in a way).

@anahata58 Nope, as I said in the description, the day I uploaded it was the day it happened. It is sad they still haven't made a proper memorial. In the description I have added a link to the blog post I did about this at the time.

@jps8080 okay thanks for the info. man if i ever win a lottery i'm going to build a little centre there .. and i'm all the way in canada! i don't know anyone who died but i remember when it happened i stayed up all night online reading updates and became quite obsessed with it. read all the biographies of those who passed. still haunts me.

@anahata58 I lived in Connecticut when it happened. It was only a state away, and I was in a band at the time, but the whole thing didn't really affect us that much. Only when I moved to Rhode Island in the last few years did I realize it's basically Rhode Island's 9-11. And of course I've seen the video from that night and read all about it since it happened which also has made me realize how horrifying it was. Anyway, we'll all be rooting for you to win the lottery...

@jps8080 Didnt effect you so much? I lived in Ohio, and was playing in a band, and it damn sure effected all the rock fans I know.

@dabaoobah I just mean it wasn't any different from any other tragedy to us, as terrible as it was. And I was in a band too--I remember standing at the record store the Sunday after it happened, about to either see or play a show there. But honestly, everyone's first reaction was "100 people still care about Great White?" or "Great White's still around?" Only after seeing the video in full did I realize how bad it was, and then later moving to RI I realize just how big a deal it is around here.
