You did great, Larry. It's contestants like you that made me enjoy TPIR all my life. I hope you had fun being a part of the party.

Hmmm, I wonder when they re-did the props for The Bargain Game.

Nice posting Larry, and thanks for the backstory. It's always interesting to hear what contestants have to say about their experiences on the show.

Had it not been for that "Blues" top, I think Larry could have spun the wheel once for 30 seconds. Nevertheless, it was a great spin he made.

Do you still have the prizes?

Hi. Never opened the bike, donated it to Toys For Tots. They auctioned it off and made some money for toys. :) The refrigerator lasted a couple years. But, still have the bassinet. Still do. Waiting for my first grandchild. Still have my fingers crossed.

Larry. That is so cool you were on The Price Is Right. And good job playing Barker's Bargain Bar. I met a fellow who sat in the audience back in 2003, and he said that during the opening, the audience is so loud that you can't hear the announcer, and there were cue cards on stage that had the contestant's names written on them. Was it like that when you were there?

Hello. I did not see any cue cards with peoples names on them. But I do remember the cards and signs that they would show when to clap, keep clapping, stop, etc...

Was the wheel heavy?

Yes sir, that wheel is heavy. I remember like yesterday not being able to reach up very high on the wheel to spin it because of my "Blues" top. :)
