The job wasn't that bad, I think my smallest check was about $600 or so but the place did have some people "at the top" that shouldn't have been there, but as life goes its not always fair. I wasn't surprised when I showed up to work early and 3 guys said they lost contract and would be closing in a couple of weeks. Next day they "let me go" because of failure to maintain my goals and blah blah blah. bunch of b.s - but was a great experience...LOL
Verizon just pulled off the contract with teleperformance , sadly this company didn't even lasted a year with Verizon, this video shows one of the reasons they never make it ... bunch of kids playing around, lack of good management, and it seemed that everyone was welcome aboard, it did't really matter if you had no experience
i worked at this same center in edinburg tx.. worse job i ever had.. i would go to work from sanjuan to edinburg to work 2-3 hours then they would send us home because of "MTO" "mandatory time off" because the call volume was to slow.. then when every one went to get unemployment because of that issue they all got fired.. they demoted every one and started firing people left and right... the way the system keeps track of your hours is a joke.. i still havent got my overtime hours i worked..
LoL! I used to work at that $hithole!!! The one in particular Teleperformance, U.S.A. in Edinburg, Texas. I started as a regular agent and climbed the ladder and ended up a supervisor. That shithole is soo fucking disorganized its hilarious!! They got a "team of leaders!!" that dont know what the fuck theyre doing (and you all know who you are)Their timeclock system to keep track of agents' hours is a fucking joke constantly fucking agents out of their mula...I was there for 7 months.Fuck Them!
I used to work at this hell hole. It is for this reason that Sprint no longer contracted with us because apparently, instead of learning something from training we just had a bunch of people get paid to do stupid crap and then quit when they got on the floor.
