You should get Spencer to go into a commercial gym and get a free PT session, asking to be introduced to weightlifting. Then slowly work up to a max squat.

How come you,actually,didnt dislocate your shoulders with that first exercise?! :) Its nice that you have a separate video just for that particular move,showing us ways and tehniques how to develop shoulder flexibility. I got to try it myself,but I can already say that it would be really hard....:)
