@tlast2O12dude Look at Belgian Jean-Luc Collart, he's 51 and he's still improving. The week before the WC I watched him squat 360 and deadlift 312 at the Belgian Championship.

Really strict judging!!!! wow!!! some of them really get the depht but didn't get the lights.

@tlast2O12dude The prime age for a Powerlifter is usually between 37 and 40 years old.

@kwezeltjuh1 i mean that a person needs at least 10 to 20 years of training to get to their peak.

it seems that 40 to 50 years is the year where you get to your best...
