Lol, maybe those "pretty girls" aren't lacking in self esteem or self confidence like you contestants are talking about. Maybe, just maybe, they're satisfied enough with their looks and confident enough to say that they do not need the limelight to boost their morale. Not everyone wants a superstar-limelight hogging-media frenzy lifestyle

Aiyo the real beauties aren't gonna join not because they don't have self-esteem, but really, there isn't anything for them in the pageant! It's a waste of time and effort, and you're basically putting yourself up for ridicule and potential embarrassment. As exemplified in this video.
Beauty just don't cut it man!
We're smarter than that.
