Tribute To Captain Phil Harris from Deadliest Catch. The Song is "Why Should I Cry For You" by Sting. I am not implying "Why should we cry for Phil" not at all. If you listen to the Lyrics they apply to Phil & his life in fishing. RIP Captain Phil, you will be so missed on Deadliest Catch.

Just to give everyone a little more insight to this song and just why I chose it and why Sting wrote it-I recently attended one of Stings's concerts and before he sang this song he said that every single one of his father's relatives was a fisherman. His father was the only one to break tradition and be a milkman.He said his father always told him that you need to look no further than a fisherman to see what a real man is.This is why he wrote this.He wrote it for his Dad and for all fishermen

@Dutchess550 Thank you so very much! Like I have said, this song has been one of my all time favorite songs since it first came out in 1991, and when Phil passed away and I knew I wanted to make a tribute to him this was the first-and only really-song that came to mind. Still now, since I've used it every time I listen to it I find another reason why it really seems like Sting wrote it for Deadliest Catch. Truth be told Sting wrote for his own Dad's passing. Thanks again...everyone!

@botang57 -Thank you botang! This has always been one of my favorite songs since I first heard it back in 1991 when it came out (I am also a huge Sting fan). When Captain Phil passed away I really wanted to make a video tribute to him, and this song came to mind right away. I do love the Theme Song the show has now-but I have always thought this would have been awesome too. But anyways-thank you for agreeing it's a good fit! And for watching and commenting on the video!
