British band Purple Melon is comprised of:
Tom Hill (age 22) on vocals and guitar,
Eric Joyce (21) on bass,
Owen Barry (25) on guitar and
Jason Ganberg (23) on drums.
Early in 2006, shortly after the band's formation, Hill and Joyce met a trio of young filmmakers and together they came up with the idea of filming the group's journey (teaser snippets of the footage can be viewed on YouTube, MySpace, Vuze and their web site). ( www.facebook.com/purplemelonmusic )
