Goldeneye - Train (00 Agent) - Speed Run

This is me playing Goldeneye on the Nintendo 64. I'm playing the Train level on 00 Agent to get the level cheat. If you don't know what that means, it means that you have to play through a level on a certain difficulty level in a specified amount of time. If you do this, you will earn the level's cheat code. This is a very hard cheat to get, because it relies on you killing Xenia to get that extra time so Natayla doesn't die.

Note: This is by no means a world record attempt. The speed runs are speed runs for getting the cheats, and that's it. I only did it until I got the cheat, I didn't re-do them to get my best time, as you can tell by watching the screen when it says "New cheat available." A fun little tidbid.  The objectives "locate Janus base" and "crack Boris's password" are switched around. In the movie, Natilia cracked the password first before finding the base location, which logically makes more sense. What's the point in cracking a password if you already got the information you need?

You know what'd suck? When you manage to get out of the train with Natalya with only a few seconds to spare... only to die by gunfire.

how did you made it so far? because its always the same thing, janus base at 0:28, and boris password at 0:05 ._.

B) I've played this level a bunch of times, do you really need to shoot Xenia to get the extra time?

@andman0902 You can only get the RC-P90 at agent. If you shoot the box in secret agent, you get a DD44 Dostovei and if you shoot the box at 00 agent you get nothing.

Janus special forces men? Yes, they suck the big one. Especially the ones with the hats/berets on..3 head shots to kill on 00

This is the only level I can think of that the sidestep trick of aiming and pressing the left or right C buttons is actually useful, especially for the shootouts behind the crates.

I tried this the other day. I have done it on 5:10, after several tries. Bullshit about having to kill Xenia, though. At the time, I did not know killing her was possible. I just went down at four seconds and killed the three guards there, then went to the end of the train. Had not killed any enemies with the watch, either. 5:10 with a lucky run. One of the most interesting cheats to unlock.
