Kevin Nash as commissioner, Ed Ferrara (Oklahoma) as a wrestler, the number of stars who asked for releases (Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn & Chris Benoit, Shane Douglas, etc), top tear names like Nash, Scott Steiner, Jeff Jarrett getting paid ungodly salaries, bringing back people/groups that once was good but had their hey day (The n.W.o., The Varsity Club, Jim Duggan, etc.) is what destroyed W.C.W.

Watching Nash's State of WCW speech when it came to the new rules lol inside some of those jokes which were funny were actually some things that should have been rules in Pro wrestling locker rooms like NO Illegal substances and mandatory Medical Exams and Everyone in One Lockeroom no special treatment
