Kirrahe is my favorite character in the Mass Effect series. Hopefully, he'll return in the ME3 storyline. But if he makes a comeback as an unlockable multiplayer-character, I'll be happy as well.

@Ins3ktz take out all the support things, when making the approach to the facility. like the comms tower. He survives, if you do that.

Kirahe can be saved, as can rentola.
In the third game you get species to help you, and if you save the council then they trust you.
In ME3, it has been said that you go to the salatian homeworld and fight with salarian STG's against reapers.
Rentola and kirahe are in one of those groups.
Also, you meet mordin and save a female krogan
So, SALARIANS, UNITE!!!
And wrex gets a date.

It would be so epic if Kirrahe and Mordin are temporary squad mates for one point on the Salarian home world or something in Mass Effect 3

Lol, Kaiden said Captain Kirrahe was dead, but when I went to save Kaiden the captain was standing right next to him... Then after the mission, the salarians said he was dead as well :L
