  • i have the exact same setup and im only getting 5600-5700 RPMs max out of my motors with the 21" props.......do you have something different that you're turning 6000+

  • @stinger530 - dunno. Am running the factory spec prop. If you are not running that you could lose RPM. Could also be that the bottom paint needs to be refreshed - that's usually the other culprit in lost RPM.

  • Alex... Try trimming your engins up. Also the folks at Yammah could give you a bit of help.

  • @alexl1974nyc sometimes you can be using the same size prop as someone else but maybe you pitch is alittle higher...try lowering your pitch and you'll gain some rpm's...i did this with my 115 hp evinrude ficht on my 18 foot cuddy and it worked...

  • @stinger530 ONLY TAKES A LITTLE DING IN A PROP TO KNOCK OFF A COUPLE HUNDRED RPM STINGER
