Eduard Hiebert (and independent candidate for the Canadian federal riding of Kildonan-St. Paul) was asked the following question at a candidates' forum for the 2008 election:
If elected, would you introduce a private member's bill to change our Canadian election laws to allow voters to say who their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and son choice is for who will be their elected representative in parliament and please explain why you would or would not do so?
This is video is all but the first few seconds of his response...
Eduard Hiebert was one of 3 candidates from the Canadian federal riding of Kildonan-St. Paul who attended an candidates forum at John Black Memorial United Church in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on 1 October 2008. The other candidates in attendance were Ross Eadie and Jordan Loewen. Joy Smith (the Conservative Party candidate and incumbent) did not show up to the forum.
