Headman long tube headers
2 1/2" cutouts
3" (from cutouts) to 3" super 40's Flowmasters 3 inch out, custom tips.

Does modifying the muffler exhaust, do any changes to the fuel milage?

Depends on what you're doing. Usually a less restrictive exhaust leads to better airflow and better mileage if you don't have a lead foot like me.

Mufflers do as the name suggest; they muffle the sound of the motor. Flowmasters are just a brand of mufflers. If you want a vehicle to be louder you run open headers. Different mufflers have different muffling properties via muffler construction, (Signle chamber vs dual chamber vs glasspack ect.) look it up on Google if you want to learn more.
