Just playing around with my camera and wasn't sure if my tripod was moving or the Moon was wobbling - or the Earth was wobbling. - ScienceDaily (May 20, 2004) — The earth wobbles in space. This has been known for over a century by astronomers, and thanks to global positioning system (GPS) technologies, this wobble has been tracked with a precision of a few millimeters over the last decade. Until now, there were good theories as to why this happens, but no one could really prove it.
Well moon have not a horisontal orbit just over the equator. And the angle of earth aginst moons orbit makes this rise and down like the sun dose in the day. And its not the moon how spins its earth. It,s take one arond 4 weeks for the moon to make one orbit around earth. ?one months ?
