What a very naff loop put on one of the greatest songs there could ever be!

the indescribable brilliance of this...modern technology could NOT DO BETTER THAN THIS - obvious from just a *partial* track split. i know they used a 16-channel mixer for the final arrangement. i'd kill to get the master. you hear the incredible echo of st. paul's chapel in NYC for the acoustics @the end. pure engineering *genius* of roy halee, w/the highs & lows in the harmonies in this split. the drums and faint instruments fascinate me. arrangement GENIUS for all of them. LOVE IT.

Love this version. Its not acapella, but its cool.

This sounds like the rear channels of the Quad mix.

This whole tracking session is unbelieveable in that it gives a whole new insight into the anatomy of this particular recording......Especially to the genius of producer Roy Halee.....BRILLIANT!!!!

Beautiful song! Is there a way to hear this song without vocals, just the music?

Drums sounds nice in the da da la lala... part
I like them but its true, the constant sound of drums could be annoying... instead of peaceful.

INTERESTING INFO... THANK YOU FOR SHARE IT.

I would have loved it if it wasn't for those drums, they ruin it for me :(
You can hear Art sing "I love you" at the end, which I always knew was there, buried in the mix. Another point of trivia is that the man who did this orchestra arrangement, Jimmie Haskell, also did the orchestral arrangement for "If You Leave Me Now" by Chicago and many other pop songs of this era.

Calling this music doesn't do it justice. This is hauntingly beautiful, this is art, this is spiritual!
