@chappattiman accttually u are wrong the whole song does play in the background eminem has said this before there is not one performance he has done thats been like that exept the elton jhon performance all artist singers or whatever need that just incase they fumble the verse or slip that way if they do they can atleast act as if they dident then lip it and then they will jump right back on
