Don't say this is America!..The man said clearly that 3,000 applicants signed up for this course because the children are extremely unruly and the parents have given up.( and what is the tally for those parents that didn't sign up for it?).That means there is an epidemic of teens running wild in Great Britian,and you know why?.Because they don't believe in Corporal Punshiment of Children.So by the time their teens, it's too dang late..Now you want America to help you out, "America the Stupid?"..

You teach your children how to treat you. And if you don't do it when they're young, this is how your children will act. Preventing this type of behavior begins when your children are two years old. If you allow a four-year-old talk back and act out in tantrums, you'll have a sixteen-year-old who calls you a "bitch" and does whatever they like. I believed this when my children were two, and now they are straight A students in high school who are respectful and fun to be around.
