I will do this by this summer and post it to YouTube for zef. I know it's the old ones but I need to do it and then I'm setting my sights on the newer ones. No more games I'm going in this year

@zionistslave not to be rude but you don't by chance do only pullups, pushups, and dips do you? make sure you can do as many inverted pullups as you can do dips, almost any many horizontal rows as pushups, and at least half the amount of handstand pushups as you can do pullups. the handstand pushups balances out the pullups and strengthens the shoulders tremendously; which is good because you do need a significant amount of shoulder strength to do muscle ups

For all those complaining about the kipping muscle ups - All kips are not created equal. The kip Zef used for his muscle ups was very minimal. Some people be kicking out windows when they muscle up!
