Pretty clear to all that most Albanians on this board have nothing better to write about than to blame Serbs, Greeks, or anyone else for their problem. But it's not as if the so-called "state" of Albania is any better. It has no idea of how many were killed as forensic investigations require some semblance of organization, responsibility, and oh yes, money. In the manner typical of a third world state, a few token scapegoats have been dismissed from their positions or forced to resign.
