useless exercise, try doing leg raise

The great thing about the design of this ham-glute bench is that it just about forces you to use the correct pivot point.
I have a basic Roman Chair and it does not work terribly well for this exercise.

crazy then that it seems a fair amount of all the strongmen competitors are from there
so your that 1 guy?
yeah ive been thinkin about it i wanna help but all i can come up with is use a chair and i got the leg part there but maybe if you added the part on you could use a belt like me
-
Well, that guy is an exception then, but overall we Dutchmen aren't very muscled at all. At my school maybe 1 on 60 people goes to a gym, if it isn't less.
-
lol that sucks i thought you guys were all into that arent you all like 6`6 and well toned
i saw one guy who just got wood and built his own stuff this " ross trainer " on youtube
-
A rather small one. I live in the Netherlands, and 'going to the gym and getting big and muscled' isn't really that popular here, so we have to do with small gyms here and there. :)
-
what the hell kinda gym you go to?
-
get a board and put one side on a chair get something to keep legs in place lol i had the same thought my gyms got that but i made one at home problem is im using the bench on my bow flex but i use a chair and then a belt to kep the legs in place
-
Too bad my gym hasn't got this machine. :(
you can use pretty much any machine where your upperbody is suspended...just make sure your legs have adequate support. If you have a partner you can use a flat bench and him them sit on your legs and perform this movement...then vary it according to your strength & needs...
