Hi, As many comments as you may have seen posted about the headphones this happens with all players some suit your ears and some do not but because of the length of the earbuds they fit most ears and can be easily solved with using a swimming hat.

My Dolphin just failed after 6 months of use. It worked great while it lasted, but expected to get at least 2-3 years of use out of it and was disappointed to learn that there is no manufacturer warranty!

Hi, I would like to add the Dolphin MP3 is covered by 1 year warranty if you brought from an offficial supplier, and if is also a NU Dolphin and not a cheap import from china.

Wouldn't the sound be a bit muffled under the water?

Hi, The sound actually enhances underwater with the pressure. The clarity of sound is clear and great to take away the bordom of swimming.

@nahar1001 i have bought dolphin mermaid mp3 player with radio...and then i was in the manual that this thing can withstand the water only for HALF AN HOUR!!! this is my warm up! i swimm two hours a day! this stupid thing only makes me walk back to the locker, freeze, and then i have to start warm up again!

My Dolphin 4GB+FM works great after 1 year or more, even FM radio 1/2 meter underwater :-) ... Just needed to buy a new headphones set (the old one still working, but after some minutes swimming one hearplug usually stops working because of water).

I prefered this one instead of others because it has FM radio, that´s very important for me.

They have a 2 year manufacturer warranty, look up NU global in your favorite search engine and contact them.

Have you tried the Swimp3 from finis. The mp3 player that they have its great. I just bough it like a week ago and i really enjoy it. No cables, no headphones, and its way under the radar than this one. I think its worth the buck

so i don't advise to buy this product
