No. The point was to show the difference between (Wascomat washer + Wascomat dryer) versus Electrolux washer 200 or 350G + Electrolux dryer). Not just washer versus washer. Obviously.

this test is unfair, it was supposed to demonstrate that the eco technology in the E-lux saves gas. but to do that there would have to be a load of towels spun at 100g's. in the e-lux and a load of towels spun at 100g's in the wascomat.

Why can't Electrolux(or any front-load manufacturers these days) make their home washers with such good suspension? They cost so much, one can almost pay for a commercial machine!
