    Like a lot of people I came for the song, but I actually teared up at the architecture, so so beautiful, so lyrical. Its a cathedral, only happier. Jorn Utzon, great Danish architect, headed a design team, including Arups, and built by so many people who cared enough to get it right. Utzon and the Opera House taught a generation of Australian architects in Sydney to value craft. The music, and the direction, shows that. And hey, it could have been Release the Bats,lol.
