Call reluctance? What's That?
Call reluctance exists because you don't have anything worth calling someone about! Anyone that is trying to train you to overcome call reluctance in a seminar that takes longer than this video tape isn't working in sales!
Here is the simple truth. If you organize your proposals, and presentation material, define what it means to be a client (service systems) then understand exactly how your product or service will help someone else you will be excited to call them up and tell them the great news!
It is one thing to call someone to try and make a sale. It is another thing all together to call someone to try and solve a problem they are having.
In this video, I am training one of my GDI Brokers on how to quickly see if they can help a contractor, don't waste their time, get to it, and see if they want your help..
This is just a first step.. There is a lot more that happens before this step, and after it... This is a glimpse...

  • Time it if you read that to me i would hang up!!!!!! I do about 2,0000,000 in sales a year never meeting a person all over the phone wrote my own script with no earning claims pitch the pain not the product. I am always amazed when so gives me a credit card over the the phone . I do not lie nor paint pie in the sky.The probe should be getting to know the person not talking about a product look for the pain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I went to work 2 weeks ago for NW Publishing and they did not train me to sell advertising in businesses. They let me go after 3 days when the leads were garbage, the script was garbage and the other notes that went along with the job were garbage. Everything was with paper and pencil and no computers. You cannot get sales when the company will not train you and throw you to the wolves after 2 hours of virtually no training. Tm just does not work with bad everything. I never got paid for 20 hrs.
