how the fk can you do cross and L-cross at 15?!?!? im 15 and i can only hold cross for half a second...... (iv only been doing gym since i was 13 btw)

@Fr4gst3r nice! ur australian!:) me too. i train in syd, how about u? Trying to get giants... taking me soo long to make progress, any tips? (i dont have a coach but im swinging to just above rings now)

i know nothing about gymnastics but that looks epic. you didn't stuff up majorly and it took me two viewings to notice that so meh. but then again, i know nothing about gymnastics.
anyway, proud of you son :D

planche was way high and cross was moderately high. Even the straight body press seemed to get some benefit from swing (of his legs). Guy is just not that strong.
