This is my rings routine at state trial. The swing to handstand is what stuffed me up :( I came fourth for it.
(just ignore the "happy birthday", we didn't have time to change it before the comp)

  • how the fk can you do cross and L-cross at 15?!?!? im 15 and i can only hold cross for half a second...... (iv only been doing gym since i was 13 btw)

  • @Fr4gst3r nice! ur australian!:) me too. i train in syd, how about u? Trying to get giants... taking me soo long to make progress, any tips? (i dont have a coach but im swinging to just above rings now)

  • You're right! And you're doing fine. I meant this comment for a different video. Sorry for confusion. Comes from opening multiple windows.

  • planche was way high and cross was moderately high. Even the straight body press seemed to get some benefit from swing (of his legs). Guy is just not that strong.
