Don't do tricking but I definitely need to strengthen my ankles since I've sprained them many times when I was younger...these exercises will be useful.
if any1 is interested another good exercise for ankles is to try stand on one foot with your eyes closed and keep your balance for as long as you can.
Can you do these too much, just wondering

For all the non-believers, I do shin exercises every day and I have yet to injure my ankles, and I have had more than my share of close calls.
