Teddy bear and soft sculpture artist from around the world, compete for the URSA Major - Best Overal Award, ribbons, prizes, gifts and cash. First round of voiting is now until July 30th. Second round begins in Mid August with awards announced in October's issue of www.bearsandbuds.com, the online teddy bear magazine.
