The Texas High Adventure Base offers 3 high adventure programs for Boy Scout Troops, Venture Crews, and other youth groups. Our 2011-2012 programs include a new Viking ship and medieval combat program, US Cavalry and Texas Ranger frontier battle reenactments, cowboy action shooting, Blobbing, wakeboarding, 50 mile canoe trip, and more.
Our Texas High Adventure programs include a 50 mile canoe trip, a week-long wakeboarding program, and the unique Chisholm Trail Adventure base with 15 miles of rugged shoreline on a 10,000 acre Texas lake. Campers use 23 pontoon boats to reach the Chisholm Trail Adventure outposts, including Vikings, Covert Ops, Area 51, Climbing, Sporting Clays, Texas Ranger and US Cavalry frontier battle reenactments, Cowboy Action Shooting, Cowboy Cooking, sailing, wind surfing, tubing, wakeboarding, Blobbing, and more.
