Naravno.Ovaj lik verovatno je posvetio ta tri meseca samo tom cilju,a mi preki amateri se tripujemo da za kratko vreme mozes da se uradis ekstra,sa malo truda...e pa tesko.....idi ti na faks redovno,uci vezbaj pa se uradi na brzaka cisto bez hemije...malo teze...vezbam aktivno zadnjih pet meseci,sklekovi, trbusnjaci, trcanje pored toga prestao sam da pusim, hranim se zdravo, ne jedem hleb, slatkise i ovim tempom mogu da dostignem ovog opusteno za 3 godine.....al i to je uspeh

Ne mora sve to. Ujutru kardio trening i popodne teretana, tako 5x nedeljno bez drugih obaveza, u medjuvremenu samo odmor i jaka ishrana. Shto se tiche hemije i suplemenata: klenbuterol za skidanje masnih naslaga, amino-kiseline za brzhe napredovanje i energiju, efedrin da brzhe prebrodi upalu i trening, anabolik za snagu i vitamini. svaka cast ovom, al bez aminokiselina, steroida, anabolika, i jos brdo hemije nije mogao ovako da se uradi pa taman vezbao 24 sata.
