@QuietToast Swimming doesn't put much pressure on your knee and may even help it by building the muscles that support the knee. I would take it slow at first though.
Fractured my kneecap and the right side of my left knee. Im a freshman in highschool and weigh 215 (I play football as a lineman) Would you say swimming is the way to go? cause i cant do bike for 5 mins without my knee popping and hurting.
