Funny.. i met my man of 8 years to this song.. i entered a club sat down.. this song played about an hour in.. I got up from the bar getting ready to leave, and he said "do you want to dance" relucantly i did.. and that the rest is history... @MrVegasVince - Covers are allowed in the music industry as long as the Rights are bought. If they aren't that's when you here about singer/producers/managers being sued (ie: Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg for California Gurls). As someone that has worked in the music profession it is perfectly legal to cover someone's music, Symphonic bands and orchestras have been doing it for 100s of years. How they do it? They buy the music, that's how the composer makes his money.
