From what the track officials said he was OK but was knocked out for 20 mins. I'm happy that he wasn't seriously hurt. This is a good example of how dangerous racing can be and if you race it should be at a track with immediate medical attention is on hand.

I think its funny how the point of this video is to show that racing should be done on the track instead of the street, which i agree with. But you will NEVER see a track-built car like the old beefed up fox bodies trying to race someone on the street lol. someone who put that much time and money into building a track car wouldnt risk it on the street because they would know it has too much power.

@banzuki1275 +1. It's really annoying too because Irwindale can get really really packed and it's the only strip that opens up regularly. Pomona opens up like once in a long while. : /

its fucken stupid how some media is trying to promote legall racing when they keep closing tracks down or dont open tracks often enough to keep people out of street. e.g big willy's in terminal island in san pedro. officials city county wide need to take a look at this worsening issue. and stop worrying so much of volume db as opposed to paramedic i.v on the streets. either open fontana pomona n invest in terminal island or it will continue perhaps worsen.

WOW! There are quite a few crash videos at this track and it looks like both lanes suck!! Too bad for the drivers and their cars, but from what I've seen I wouldn't put a car on that track until some improvements were made. At least until I saw finished runs a much larger ratio than crashes!!
