Let go of, perhaps, concepts that you have been accustomed to. Throughout life we are all taught, from an early age on, how our life is, who we are, what we do, what we are meant to do, why we should do it, how to do itand we begin to create a personality, an ego perhaps. What we suggest here is to place all your personal beliefs, not always, but perhaps momentarily throughout your day...or perhaps at times of meditation for this is truly a goal, a goal that will take many, many incarnations, many experiences to master. But in releasing the opinions, in releasing the hatred, in releasing the desire... you are connected with One. You are seeing and observing the experience of consciousness from the place of consciousness versus the psychological construct that you created throughout your many years in this life. Empty yourself and be filled with One, is meant to translate into the act of meditation simply, the act of meditation. Quiet the mind expand the place between the thoughts in this you will find your Source.

Despite the apparent good vibe of this video, it's a rather thinly masked long con. These transdimensional nasties are trying to find people to use. They travel through through patterns and energy but once through, they can manifest and take hold of you, like a back seat driver that sooner or later is the one doing the driving...but the illusion that you're still in control is there.
