This AMV, well, I was inspired by InfinitySquared's "M Drive 1.0"... I really like that video and I adored the song, so while looking for a song similar to it, I found this, Above and Beyond's "Can't Sleep." The song is absolutely beautiful and it drew me in...I had recently started watching the Kara No Kyoukai movies at the time and I thought "Hay, I might be able to do something with this. =o"
I really do love the character of Shiki, she's really very interesting. While she does seem to love Kokutou in her own secret way, she also hates him, wants to kill him, pushes him away, yet she won't let anyone else have him. That's kind of what I was going after with this video, even though for most, it just appears to be a random pretty "omg look awsm footage" video. It was mainly an attempt to capture that whole complex relationship. She'll fight others who try to find their salvation with him to keep him for herself, yet when she has him, she pushes him away (Or tries to kill him =p)
Either way, yeah =p
The video editing itself...well, the source is very pretty so I didn't feel the need for any real effects, although I did play with lighting and contrast quite a bit. It was pretty fun to edit and I really do have to thank everyone who puts up with me as I work on these vidyas =p
While I don't hate it, I'm content I guess. So yeah, enjoy =w=

This has to be one of my favorite Kara no Kyoukai amvs. I love how you really just showed off the beautiful art and kept the effects simple and used layering. You kept on beat and flow perfectly, and matched the feel perfectly as well.

great job, its a great inspiration to any flow editor as well

This is ironic, I came across a video where someone was betching because they thought this anime would be "darker" then the Non-Japanese animation they used, to which the creator replied it was over used and he preferred what he did.

*o* This is probably the prettiest KnK amv I´ve ever seen.Everything flowed so well and clips were used so perfectly,I couldn´t take my eyes of the screen.
